Magandang umaga po Pamilya!
This week has been a little crazy but good. The city Im in is called Dagupan and when it rains it floods, not just a little though.... like up to our knees flooding. Its kinda bad and all the people's houses here get flooded and they get sick cause the water is bad.. lots of trash and etc.. But we got boots so it doesnt stop the work here:)
This saturday, we have 3 baptisms! One is Sister Michelle who is a mom of 4 and her daughter is Camaries age and then Jaikee! We are so excited! The are ready,even the kids are excited! We also extended the baptism invitation to Marsden who is the 14 year old boy we are teaching and he is so happy! He jumped up and said yes! And he started crying and said he was so happy! We're so excited for him. Something funny he said before is he asked us is if he could wear a tie, he thought he couldnt because hes not baptized!! Awe man! We told him thats not true but we told him we wear our best, but he doesnt own a tie so we plan to get him one for his baptism on July7
We also teach a lot of investigators but also Less active members and right now we are working with a family with 2 children. the parents met at a YSA activity and now live together and havent gotten married, they were asked not to take the sacrament and so we teach them lol but we told them the cost of getting married and they came to church as a family yesterday!! the bishop knows now so we actually may be planning a wedding as well! I hope you all are doing well and remember that the Lord blesses us after the trial of our faith
